Terms of Use

Welcome to webdom! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the TON domain marketplace. By using webdom, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1. webdom provides services for buying, selling, renting, and managing TON domains.

1.2. The marketplace services are available only to users aged 18 and older.

1.3. Users must comply with the laws of their country of residence as well as international regulations, including intellectual property protection, financial regulations (AML/KYC), counter-terrorism financing (CFT), and anti-fraud policies.

2. Registration and Access

2.1. To use webdom, connect a TON-compatible wallet (e.g., MyTonWallet, Tonkeeper).

2.2. Users are responsible for securing their wallets, including storing private keys and passwords.

The Privacy Policy describes the full details of how personal data is processed and stored, and by using webdom, users agree to these terms.

3. Domain Transactions

3.1. All marketplace transactions are executed via TON smart contracts.

3.2. Sellers must provide accurate and up-to-date information about the domains.

3.3. Buyers are responsible for verifying domain details before confirming purchases or rentals.

3.4. Auction terms are set by the seller and must be followed by all participants. webdom reserves the right to cancel or restrict auctions if they violate legal, financial, or platform regulations.

webdom may suspend suspicious transactions that meet AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and CFT (Counter Financing of Terrorism) criteria and report them to relevant authorities as required by law.

4. Fees

• 2% fee when paying in WEB3

• 4% fee when paying in TON

• 1% in WEB3 for NFT holders

• 2% in TON for NFT holders

Fees are automatically deducted upon transaction completion and are paid by the buyer.

5. NFT TON DNS Club and Additional Privileges

5.1. Benefits for NFT Holders

• Reduced fees

• 10% of marketplace revenue is distributed among NFT holders

• 5% revenue share from future NFT sales

• 30 WEB3 monthly rewards until 2030

• Priority access to new NFT sales

• Creation of domain collections

• Hidden Watchlist feature

• Access to the private chat “Mason Lodge”

WEB3 rewards are distributed via smart contracts and may be adjusted in response to changes in the token economy. If the project ceases operations, payments may be suspended or canceled. webdom does not guarantee profitability or price appreciation of NFTs. These Terms do not constitute an investment offer under international financial regulations (SEC, ESMA, MiCA). Users acknowledge that owning an NFT does not grant governance rights, dividends, or other financial benefits related to webdom operations.

6. Restrictions

6.1. It is prohibited to list domains that:

• Infringe copyrights or third-party intellectual property rights

• Contain illegal, discriminatory, or harmful content

• Are used for phishing, fraud, or system circumvention

6.2. Bots, scripts, and automated systems are prohibited without prior authorization from webdom.

Exceptions may be granted for approved API integrations.

6.3. Violating the Terms may result in account restrictions or bans.

Users may appeal bans by contacting support.

6.4. Data deletion follows the Privacy Policy guidelines.

7. Security

7.1. All transactions are secured via TON smart contracts.

7.2. webdom does not store private keys and has no access to user wallets.

7.3. Users are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (if supported by their wallet) for extra security.

7.4. webdom never requests private keys or passwords. If you receive such a request, contact support immediately.

8. Liability

8.1. webdom operates on an “as is” basis and is not liable for:

• Loss of wallet access

• User mistakes

• TON blockchain network issues

• Actions of third parties, including fraudsters

8.2. Users are responsible for their data and activities on the marketplace.

For disputes, webdom provides a pre-trial dispute resolution mechanism through support services. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be governed by the laws of webdom’s country of registration, with consideration for international consumer protection laws.

8.3. Data processing is regulated by the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the Terms

9.1. webdom reserves the right to modify these Terms.

9.2. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.

If significant changes are made, users may opt out of using webdom and withdraw assets before new terms take effect. For changes related to fees, financial transactions, or user rights, webdom will provide at least 14 days' notice before implementation.
